Good afternoon Ladies and Gentleman, especially to my fellow constituents that have been able to attend this very significant and wonderful event.

As you all know, I came from a not so well-off family, I've experienced to work as a garbage collector but i'm not ashamed of it. I went to a public school and followed my family's tradition of community-based public service. This only shows that it doesn't matter where you are being classified. Because of these experiences, it has enlightened my inner self to run for the position of the City Mayor here in Marikina.  My advocacy is simply to change the belief of the people that being considered as a low class citizen will not make any progress. That is definitely not true.

I am here in front of you, representing the poor. I know what this city is, I know what is has been and what it can still become. That's why today, I offer my candidacy because I believe that I have a lifetime of experience that counts. Experience that i will put to work for all of you. I propose a good quality education. I want to create a climate that encourages businesses and entrepreneurs. If ever i'll be elected, i'll not make every citizen suffer. I will make a law that will neutralize every citizen which will serve as their stepping stone to success. I strongly believe that if you have the perseverance and the goal to change, nothing is impossible. We can all make a difference! Just remember not to be bias and to please vote wisely. Thank you!
